Introduced in 2020, the Brocock XR series is an all-new range of compact, side-lever-operated PCP air rifles, designed to replace Brocock’s earlier Bantam, Commander HR and ConceptLite models. Alongside its smooth new side-lever action, the XR line introduces a host of technical improvements that enhance power output, shot count and overall reliability.

All XR rifles benefit from a firing system refined using the latest CNC manufacturing techniques, producing ultra-fine tolerances throughout the action. The result is smooth operation, consistent performance and excellent long-term durability.

Brocock’s integrated XR platform is fully modular, accepting parts and fittings across the XR range, and all models are compatible with a wide selection of AR-style upgrades and accessories, allowing shooters to tailor the rifle to their preferred setup.

The Compatto XR Sniper features Brocock’s innovative semi-bullpup design, which significantly improves balance, handling and natural pointability. This compact layout places the centre of gravity closer to the shooter, making the rifle fast and intuitive to shoulder while remaining stable and accurate. The XR series ranks among the shortest air rifles available, with comparable models measuring just 820mm from butt to silenced, shrouded muzzle.

Unlike the standard XR, the Compatto XR Sniper Regulated is fitted with Brocock’s highly advanced Huma-Air regulator system, developed in partnership with Dutch regulator specialists Huma-Air. When combined with the XR’s latest hammer design, the regulator precisely meters air delivery to eliminate power curves and minimise shot-to-shot deviation. This not only improves downrange accuracy but also significantly increases the number of consistent shots per fill – a major advantage for both hunting and high-power FAC use.
