RATWORKS HW100 Replacement PCP Cylinder

The Ratworks HW100 replacement air cylinder is a direct replacement for the standard HW100 air rifle cylinder assembly. The huge reduction in weight over the standard cylinder allows the rifle to be more balanced when shooting, and lighter when being carried around.

The cylinder components are all CNC machined from 6082T6 aluminium, with the main body made from seamless aluminium tube stock specially manufactured to Ratworks' specification. The outer finish is anodized black with a satin finish for durability and a premium appearance. Each cylinder is fitted with an on-board manometer (0-250 bar) and has a built in valve so they can be fitted and removed while pressurised. They use the standard HW100 fill probe to fill or can be filled using the MK1 HW100 cylinder filling adaptor if desired.

The latest cylinders (May 2019 onwards) have a small amount more volume than the original, so a small increase in shot count can be found. These cylinders are made to the same outer dimension as the standard tube, so no need to remove the O ring in the front mounting. No quick fill plug is supplied or needed, as there is no chance of dirt ingress into the fill valve with Ratworks' valve design. All cylinders are supplied with a full set of replacement seals.

Ratworks cylinders have a maximum working pressure of 250 bar and are safety pressure tested to 700 bar. Important: Do not exceed 200 bar fill pressure with the standard HW100 regulator. 250 bar fill is only for Ratworks Tench Regulated HW100 versions, or for cylinders fitted with Lancet regulators. Over filling when using the standard HW100 regulator will cause performance loss.
