The Brattonsound MT7+ Tall Rifle Safe is designed for shooters who need additional internal height to accommodate muzzle loaders or long-barrelled rifles, while still benefiting from the advanced protection of Brattonsound’s Sentinel Plus range. Built in the UK to demanding standards, the MT7+ combines capacity, compliance, and exceptional strength.

Extra Height for Long Firearms

With a full internal height of 1515mm, the MT7+ safely stores 6–7 rifles, making it ideal for muzzle loaders and taller scoped rifles that won’t comfortably fit in standard cabinets.

Police & MOD Approved Security

Approved to BS 7558/92 and accepted by the UK Police and MOD, the MT7+ is fitted with a high-strength 7-lever double-throw lock, supplied with two double-bitted keys, providing dependable mechanical security.

Sentinel Plus Heavy-Duty Construction

Manufactured from 2mm thick fully welded steel, including a fully welded top, the MT7+ is precision-built using CNC high-definition plasma cutting and press-brake technology for consistent strength and quality.

Security enhancements include:

• Full-length anti-jemmy bar on the lock side

• Full-length anti-lever flange and door interlock on the hinge side

• Recessed, multi-fold reinforced door

• Double-skinned vault-type door

• 5-point locking system with electro-plated solid steel locking pins

Durable Finish & Protective Interior

The cabinet is finished in a light grey textured powder coat, iron-phosphate pre-treated to BS 3189 and tested to BS 3900 standards, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, scratching, humidity, and salt spray.

Internally, high-density foam dividers and a floor mat protect firearms from movement and damage.

Flexible Installation

The MT7+ is suitable for floor or wall fixing, with 14mm fixing holes in both the back and base. An optional left-hand opening is available to suit different installation layouts.
