1972 - First full trading year with Japanese over and unders and Spanish side by sides.
1977 - Appointed Beretta distributors for UK
1978 - Appointed UK Sako distributor
1980's
1989 - Appointed Le Chameau distributors for UK.
1990's
1995 - Appointed Leupold scope distributor.
1996-2000 - Distributed Laporte in UK.
2000's
2001 - Appointed ATK distributors for UK; importing Federal, CCI, and RCBS products.
2001 July - Appointed Tikka distributor.
2002 January - Move to new premises at Bear House (3000 sq. m).
2002 April - Le Chameau distribution moved into new company LLC Ltd.
2005 - Beretta buy 20% of GMK Ltd.
2005 December - Beretta Gallery London opens in St James.
2007 - Appointed Benelli distributor.
2008 - Won tender to supply Benelli shotgun to British Army.
2009 - Appointed Steiner distributor.
2010's
2013 - Beretta increase share holding in GMK Ltd to 60%.
2020's
2020 - GMK acquire Centanex.
2021 - Beretta Holdings acquire Holland & Holland.
2022 - Appointed Distributors For RUAG Ammotec; Importing RWS, Norma And GECO Ammunition.
2023  - Karl Waktare, Managing Director, Departs GMK After 29 years
2023 - David Barton announced as new Managing Dirrector
2024 - Appointed Distributor For Hausken Moderators.
