HIKMICRO Stellar 2.0 Thermal Rifle Scope
NEW to the HIKMICRO hunting range - The Stellar 2.0 thermal riflescope featuring the latest
generation HIKMICRO 640px thermal sensor in an all new 30mm tube style chassis.
Redesigned from the ground up to offer the highest image quality possible. The Stellar 2.0 uses the
latest 640px, Sub 20mK NETD thermal sensor, capable of measuring the smallest temperature
differences to deliver an incredibly detailed image, even in the harshest conditions.
In the field this translates to a detailed image of heat sources to assist with identification as well as
giving you lots of information from the surroundings, allowing you to build a complete overview of the
situation before you decide to take a shot. The addition of Image Pro Algorithm and ample colour,
contrast and zoom adjustments fine-tune the image and allow the user to focus purely on shooting.
The 640px sensor offers a high resolution image and pairs with the 50mm focal length, F1.0 lens
system to deliver a 3.3x base mag. The Stellar 2.0 has up to 8x digital magnification giving you a
flexible magnification range of 3.3-26.4x. The new curved OLED display gives a large, eye friendly
view of your surroundings.
Built on an all new 30mm tube chassis, the Stellar 2.0 will mount directly into conventional rifle scope
rings making it easy to get setup with the perfect eye relief. The main control dial which adjusts the
magnification or accesses the menu has been relocated to the top of the scope and the activation
button is recessed inside the control wheel so the risk of accidental triggering is removed.
The Stellar 2.0 also has an updated power system. The internal battery is recharged by the USB-C
port on the side of the eyepiece provides the main source of power. It also has a removable 18650
backup battery to keep you hunting on the longest of trips, these power sources combine to deliver an
impressive runtime of 11 hours.
The Stellar 2.0 is supplied with the latest HIKMICRO software, giving you fast access to commonly
used options like brightness and contrast and allows you to add a PIP screen. The Stellar 2.0 offers a
choice of four thermal colour profiles, the ability to record pictures or video and WiFi to allow you to
connect, stream and control from the HIKMICRO sight app.
Simple to set for personal preference
Stellar 2.0 has a total of 5 reticle groups, four colour options and 10 reticle types, so that the user can
easily find the set-up that suits them and the shooting situation in every way. The Picture-in-Picture
function adds to the accuracy, and in combination with continuous digital zoom up to 8x makes
evaluation of the target and decision making as easy as possible.
The use of thermal imaging spotting devices to scan, detect and identify has become mainstream in
the hunting world, with virtually no-one in doubt as to the superiority of the technology. Thermal works
day & night, despite natural camouflage, into shadows and through foliage. As thermal imaging
technology has progressed the fidelity has improved, providing abundant detail of both animal and
surroundings, to the point where identification of size, species and sex of animal is much more
straightforward. The progression to thermal scopes, as well as spotters, is a natural one and
increasing numbers of serious hunters are choosing to shoot with thermal. Stellar 2.0 makes that
choice even more straightforward.
SQ50 2.0
