Snap Caps are an essential tool for protecting your ShotGun firing pins from damage and wear.
When storing your gun when not in use it is always a good idea to fire it with snap caps in place of cartridges. In doing this it takes pressure of components that would otherwise be cocked without damaging your firing pin.
